The way these awful reverse splits work are orchestrated. that being said you feel better about the shares that you bought on the down low today boosting your confidence in the company therefore promising the company that you have now become a bag holder. The PPS will only tease you to make you think you're almost going to be able to sell only to retrace back to these levels.
Only those that own nothing but shares of less than point 0 0 1 9 or have an average of less are the winners here today.
