I would just to just remind all fellow investors to do there own DD and research verifiable real information
The monitor acting on behalf of Bioamber is PWC, most CCAA proceeding court documents are posted on their website

There will also be documents posted on the Chapter 15 Proceedings happening in the US pretaining to Bioamber INC

AS per the most recent monitors reports and based on thorough research of all court documents, it has been confirmed that all secured creditors have been paid in full as per the monitors extended powers with KERP in a "liquidation scenario"
As per the 7th,8th and 9th Monitors reports PWC has not provided the actual distributions and receipts of Bioamber INC (the US company). they have provided the "forecast vs actual" for Bioamber Sarnia only, which happens to be where the Visolis proceeds have gone
All secured creditors have been paid in full in cash and the company has sold, all of this as per the court documents

Bioamber has huge Plans for a second plant (200,000MT) in Sarnia as per there land option they took out for Bluewater Energy Park a few years ago
Lets not forget how this is voluntary CCAA/Bankruptcy proceedings
