This is the last hurrah for $PLPL. It's abandonment after this pig runs aground. They need to milk this cow till it's bone dry.

FINRA isn't going to allow this scam to reverse split again and continue hurting the public. This is how FINRA deals with scammy companies that teeter in the grey areas.
