When the MMs are manipulating, you basically have to buy at the ask or wait till they drop the ask to get filled. The only .06s you see going through are the people they are buying from. What is happening here is that the MMs short it at .07, sell the shares to you, and cover through the people selling at .05-.06. That's why the trades are double posted when they shouldn't be. Good luck on getting your fill, but I would suggest hitting the ask. We're at the 52week low now as you can see.
