I feel sorry for all the people that dumped at open. they will regret it when the 10-k drops and the news about new financing hits. The VC that will fund the M&A and backlog required the increase to know they can get their money back if VRUS cannot make good on terms. However IMO the terms will be 1 year- mulit year pay back. This panic is way to early. i'm still buying.
