I have a feeling it just might. everyone knows about the note. it was already priced into the current PPS. Think of the Stock as Credit. Have you ever played around with your credit score. if you have no opened credit your score goes down. without any shares the company has no way to raise capital and one bad month could default on any loans. Same with Credit, you have no open credit your score is low and you cannot get a good loan. open a high interest card and dont use it all of a sudden your credit score goes up and you can get better loans. no need to dilute you just need to show lenders you have the option. once earnings come out, financing closes, they complete M&A and we are golden.
