I remember at the end of every Mickey Mouse Club morning show the cast sang a song:
Now it’s time to say goodbye to all our friends and company! M I C - K E Y - M O U S E. Then the cast would all hold hands and repeat Mickey Mouse several times.
To all my erstwhile cohorts: I have sold my shares of LPPI.
As a matter of fact, I have sold all of my holdings.
I am keeping the proceeds in TD Ameritrade just in case I decide to get back in. My stocks took a beating last month and fortunately they pretty much recovered leaving me with a bit more than I started with years ago.
Despite the fact that I agree that the USA should have a defensible physical structure at the southern border, I do not believe that anything is going to jump up and cause a stock market surge right now. I do believe that the USA, divided as She is, is vulnerable on many fronts. If something as grave as 9-11 were to occur, I think all the Congressional members would stand on the steps and again sing God Bless America all over again.
At 66 I have seen a lot. I have 2 US patents, 4880346 and 9321168. I was fortunate to be able to license the last one and will probably hit break-even in a couple of years. I have kept a lot of plates spinning and never lied or cheated. I spend my time working in my organic garden, my composting operation, my large shop tinkering, welding, mechanicing on our vehicles and silly devices I envision then build.
I have maintained my Louisiana Arborist License and do a little consulting. I also design, fabricate, and install magnificent unique tree braces in Live Oak trees when I am called on.
I help my neighbors and some of them reciprocate. My garden is the closest thing I have to a church although I still can recite all the Latin prayers from my alter boy days.
LPPI and the management thereof has been a disappointment. I know firsthand what happens when patents expire. I also know that even with technology nailed down by strong patents an inventor can go broke defending them. Look at Eli Whitney and his cotton gin. Look at Goodyear and his rubber vulcanization patent.
I have enjoyed the spirit of this group! I do not, however, believe it prudent to promote the Leep product when management disrespects the shareholders as such and is likely broke and inept
I have made many good strong friends over my lifetime. My wife of 46+ years is as close as ever and has my heart.
Should any of you wish to communicate with me there is enough information herein to certainly find me. If you find yourself touring Louisiana, I have 2 30 amp and 1 50 amp RV electrical hookups outside my shop. You are welcome to park here for a while.
I wish you all the best!
