They must farm out a lot of the projects, which is no big deal, plus they work 2 shifts and, most importantly each wears many hats, and many of those titles overlap each other. Obviously no one sits around the office staring out the windows. It's mostly lab work and often they can perform multiple tasks, after all they are PhDs. My wife and I did all our jobs in our business, performing up to 20-30 tasks a day, moving from one task to another, which amounted to 12-16 hours a day, 7 days a week. Amen.
