I have long thought that the Elk Creek Project would most likely be bought-out once all the permits and funding have been secured- I have since changed my mind...Jim and Mark have voiced their opinions on the topic more than once- they are not interested in selling the Project! (this will likely be Mark Smith's swansong and legacy to the world- just my guess).
There is far more value to the shareholders taking this Project all the way home with his partners (of which Smith has know for decades).

But of courses we are all only humans- and humans have been known to have a change of heart, from time to time...lol
