The first (fraud) run definitely screwed over a lot of peeps. However, it created a lot of bag holders, and people with free shares. The people with free shares probably got back in for more, and a lot of bag holders probably decided to average down. Long story short, a whole lot more of the shares are locked up than percieved. That means a good run is going to run really fast!!!
