we know why, the Emmaus' Life Sciences merger announced last week is HUGE!
they have a recently FDA approved drug Endari. Endari is a drug for the complications associated with Sickle Cell disease. A disease that affects millions worldwide. The company has said the addressable market is more than $3B annually!

in this merger MYND ends up with 6% of Emmaus' which should be worth at least $3/share and maybe as high as $5/share.

And then MYND is spinning off the original telemedicine and AI/predictive analytics company.
