No, censoring is normal in any Kaplan-Meier curve - it just means they haven't followed the patient for long enough yet (and there has been no event with that patient). Thus if a patient started the trial only the day before the date of the graph, they would be shown as censored after 1 day. (Remember K-M graphs pretend everyone starts the trial at the same time).
