I actually asked Tony Anish, the MLHC CEO, about this when I spoke to him. There was not enough evidence to prove him guilty as he was not guilty, but the judge told him that if he agreed to go on probation and remain clean for three years, he would drop all charges to Expunge the case to be as if nothing ever happened. As indicated below, Tony complied and the case was Expunged.
For future reference for investors, with understanding the actual rule for stocks, per SEC rules, anything of a legal issue to where an Officer of a company is criminally charged, he can't be an Officer of a public company for until 5 years after such date of officially being charged has elapsed. Just for the record, this was something that transpired greater than 5 years ago so it's a non-issue regardless.
Again, he was Expunged as indicated within the Pacer database as public info for all to review. Here is confirmation of the MLHC CEO's Expungement to where the case was dismissed below:
