Mms run it down and then buy a bunch of shares. More than likely that's who has been accumulating a lot of these shares at these levels. Then they will run it up with little tiny buys and then unload at the top. They will then do it over again. They do this when volume is low.Thats why they are crooks and you are right. The fact that it's legal is beyond me. It's legal theft
