So let me understand-- the CEO of a PUBLICLY traded company is using a "members only" Facebook group to selectively dispense information?

Call me crazy but that would seem to violate at least one important law. But if Alper approves anyone that requests membership then probably not.

Again, if anyone wants the old, obsolete FB page that hasn't been updated in 18 months to be replaced with a link to this closed group I'll be happy to do it.
