I’m not going to be an arm chair quarterback or try to school the CEO on legal matters because have you guys seen his background? It’s impressive to say the least. I also feel comfortable believing what he says because he’s not like other OTC CEOs that have no reputation to care about and he has other career options to fall back on. It’s not all about fooling us while they dilute. They aren’t even diluting! Different type of play here.
