It doesn’t mean a lot IMO. Just something that the activity on posting and replies including the ticker is among the stocks that are increased most in posts in a short amount of time.
I believe that is is to signal people who are looking for trends that this stock might be hot somehow.
I don’t know about reading from the sidelines.
