The fed rarely buy stocks. They will hold stocks if they result in warrants. Yes, they hold senior preferreds but those were issued just for them for the INVESTMENT. The FED does not actively go into the open markets to buy stocks. That will ruin their independence.

The guy/gal that told you lied. I bet you 10 bucks they wont be able to provide any valid proof. Bro, on top of that they hold warrants that equates to 79.9% of commons if exercised.
