There is no sound evidence that CBD can help with any of those conditions except perhaps epilepsy. It is being spruiked and allowed as a dietary additive and food supplement. Cannabis may ameliorate some of them but that extensive list prepared by cannabis pushers going through a medical dictionary of illnesses and diseases is just wishful thinking and a deceitful beat up.

Welch and the CBD Life guy speak vaguely of CBD having medicinal value (podcast 17) but they are too cagey to name actual illnesses and diseases because they know the FDA and COFEPRIS won't wear it.
