That is false and to prove it one shareholders offered to have a 3 way conversation with the old CEO if anyone here did not believe him. If you were here on day 1 or 2 you would have seen all of the posts confirming this is a dead shell and the CEO even confirmed it.

ONLY 2 SHAREHOLDERS CLAIM TO HAVE TALKED TO FORMER..
