You can always tell the thinker/wise folk because they automatically see the business strategy and timing associated with significant events.

Exactly...and the fact they did it after hours on a Friday was to avoid the panic...this allows them to release a juicy pr Monday morning pre-market explaining the reasoning on why and eliminating the need for additional speculation

I'm expecting a pr Monday and an additional one tuesday...which should kick things off for a solid bullish run...
