But here is what the news is:

The Company’s Common Stock is quoted on the OTCQB Marketplace under the symbol “RETC” and the last reported closing price of the Common Stock on January 8, 2019 was $0.0015 per share.

Why didn’t we get delisted? If we were to dump 7 billion shares you think OTC markets would grant an extension? Lol
