As of his last acquisition of SHLDQ shares, Mr Lampert owned 33+ million shares. Other insiders own additional 40 million shares. Roughly 30% of the common shares are owned by him leaving 36 million or so tradable (excluding other insiders). That’s an insanely low number of tradable shares at this price!

Heck, the loan they just received is TEN TIMES the current Market Cap!!
