No one is for sure what's going to happen here, I had a friend of mine look into pacer docs, he said, the pacer docs don't mention if the commons get wiped out in stay intact, he also said that it could be a last minute thing after the court hearing he told me to call an attorney in New York who is handling their bankruptcy, so called them this morning, the first thing they asked was if I was an attorney, then I said no, just a shareholder, then they asked me if I had gotten the proxies in the mail, I said, no, then I said I was calling to see if I can find out how this bankruptcy is going to affect the current shareholders, they said, there is another phone number you need to call, which is also in New York, I think that one was their SEC attorney, I called they said they will take down my number and have them call me back, I still haven't heard from them. This could happen in a blink, last minute boom or bust. If they are saved there will be some restructuring obviously with the company and the stock.
