Well i see it as a selloff of Neuro Hitech ,MD won't own any of the stock until the R/S is completely devoid of the shell company vested interest.
What the bagholder will receive is a fraction of their original investment in the form of new company shares..If NHPI had a difficult time hold PPS of 0.02 imagine holding $11.00 per share with a New Brand Woodbrook group..
They didn't have to proxy the R/S ,so it's a done deal.. that's why the Vet's who promoted this stock moved on if you haven't notice by now.. This was no Scam, it was a selloff of a defunct shell company..
