What is hilarious is that if this is nothing but a stock selling scam, FINRA is just going to put this companies submission and application into the circular file.

Why everybody thinks a reverse split is going to happen anytime soon, is beyond me.

Monday the company is going to submit an application with whatever supporting documents is requested of them. Then FINRA it's going to scrutinize everything and request even more documentation. They are so backlogged that they are behind by several months. There isn't going to be a huge rush to approve this company into reverse splitting.
