The only choice was to post this filing on a Friday after close. This is a complete picture of the past, and although it's not pretty, it was necessary in order for them to become a SEC registrant and to possibly uplist at some time in the future. Almost all the information was already, for the most part, known from previous posted reports. More than likely you will probably see some good news Monday morning before the open in order to soften any damage. For the long term investor here this is a good thing and I'll buy more if it comes down. IMO
