Frank Brady this calls for his immediate resignation.

1. Mr. Frank Brady allegedly via his CV has a bachelor’s degree in finance as well as an MBA degree.

2. Our firm is very curious to know if anyone has done extensive due diligence on this new CEO Frank Brady? We have yet to find any evidence that Mr. Frank Brady's CV is credible.

3. Praxsyn and it's shareholders allegedly have been extremely mislead by Frank Brady. Mr. Frank Brady should be held accountable.

4. Mr. Brady's CV has been fabricated in regards to his background and education.

5. As investors it is our duty to investigate this man and his blatant regard for the TRUTH.

6. Mr. Frank Brady did not comply regarding his FCC filings and we find this unconscionable.

7. Mr. Frank Brady should resign immediately as we expected Praxsyn Corp. to have discovered this in their due diligence before hiring this individual.

8. Mr. Frank Brady should be TERMINATED. FRAUD.
