looking back 2-3 months of posts doesn't make you knowledgable. The current crew is just as bad. They have missed deadline after deadline. They haven't performed. They can't just say "Well it was their fault not ours". When you own/run a company you take on all of its liabilities and responsibilities. You can't separate them. I have asked Ford and Peterson for the financials related to the Bradford. I was told they would provide. Of course nothing. Now Ford won't even respond to my lawyer. I have signed documents stating as an owner I have the right to obtain and review all financial information. They simply won't. Does this sound any different than Tim? Does this sound like management that is anyones fiduciary? By not providing they are participating in the fraud and theft. They have the financials and simply refuse to provide. So, if you think these are good guys, then great. Pretty sure you won't find too many people agree.
