That actually makes me wonder if FINRA or the SEC was asking questions.
Very few companies complain when their stock is manipulated up.
The few that said anything were when the stock was slapped with a caveat emptor or suspended by the SEC.

Pennystocks are all manipulated up and down all day long around here.
