Maybe... But what happens when a company dilutes? MM manipulation. First the volume will pickup as MMs swap shares than the price usually walks up so they can get the most they can for each share. I believe the note was for $500000 +18%. whats that = 166m shares That is a lot of volume and will give us a change to get out. The note is due next week so we should see some MM games and huge bids to prop up the price. The date on the note was 1/14 i think. IMO we will all have a chance to dump shares on the bid if we need to as the bid climbs to prop up price. However we might see some news sprinkled in too. 1.6 or 1.7 billion shares might not be bad if they have no bad notes left and get new contracts and deliver on old ones. they might get financing to complete M&A and be the $100m+ company by year end.

If i see volume spike well above average next week It could be 2 things. Pre loading to sell on news and 10-k. If i see diluting MMs on ask and huge bid support higher than normal. I might sell a small portion of shares to lock in gains. If played correctly the sell on news 10-k profit takers might give an opportunity to buy back in. but it will need to be timed just perfect. I might hold straight through the next 2 weeks because once we are free of that note all future financing is VURS to complete M&A and deliver on backlog imo.
