The shares are down so much because the RS is happening, they went down immediately on the NVSOS filing, then from the company submitting confirmation of the RS. The company didn't name today, Monday, or any other day for it to become effective in the market, but merely named the record date. FINRA will specify the effective date, and that won't take so long. The smokescreen being fanned right now that if it isn't on the daily list today or Monday means it ain't happening is intentionally misleading in order to sell/flip stock.
