Lieber Fred, the claims being made in the ongoing class action, and the plaintiff attorney are hardly of the severity nor are they the heavy hitters you have suggested to be aligning with in this matter.

Much of that concerns the serious swindling that you have detailed against Klarman and the rest of the thugs he has worked with over many years now.

What exists in the courts today, is a joke and remains innocuous compared to your incessant, crafty, ghost written stories authored for years continuing.

If you are not part of the inside trade, having fun detailing what you know is truth that can't be proven, nor being actionable, we advise you to write a fiction/non fiction book for publishing in order for you to be better compensated as part of your troubles.
