History seeing it being repeated. Forward looking statement on press releases. Followed by dumping of shares. All of the long ungs shareholders are aware of this tactic. With no solid news we are thinking it is another scam. The dilution is the first step. Next is another press release with no solid information. Followed with a buyout to be cancelled after dilution is completed.

I learned this lesson well with Ungs. Please prove me wrong.
