You should be concerned about FDA approval since so few ever get there.

A speculative penny stock commanding a lousy $5M market cap would normally be a pre clinical tested start up, not a vaccine tested in patients for over a decade.

Can you show us an article or any evidence Cuba is using the vaccine? And is Onc getting paid for it or was the IP a give away?
