The vote for a R/S isn't until January 31st and even if it passes, the company doesn't necessarily need to use it.

Their products are selling well. There's only 1 sponge order left on Amazon and this is their first week up on the site.

FRLF will be helping with the CBD launch and distribution.

The dilution back in Oct/Nov was note holders converting and inventory build up.
