Not being defensive. Just trying to show you another side of the coin that you may have missed.

I would read the last conference call transcript to get an idea of the things he has been doing in the background e g. Franchising plans, mall owner negotiations, growing party and catering business, wefunder campaign etc that he mentions on the call.
