The zero dilution part is false. Since 11/1 HPIL has diluted to the tune of 300MM shares as per TA. HPIL commented about raising funds in prior communication. They are a growth co. it is to be expected. But i would like to see just a tid bit of evidence that they are using those funds for business purposes, and so far ive seen nada. Seems like they have raised enough cash for filings and reinstatement which company stated they were working towards BY YEAR END.

So forthcoming news could very well be explosive if and when it comes. Since they have been responsive on Twitter, i am still enthusiastic.
