Agreed. The future still looks bright for Cryoport, but my near-term expectations have certainly been tempered. We know this management team has credibility issues, over promises and under delivers, and stretches timelines. Richard Baldry of Roth Capital raised his price target to $22 after meeting with management last summer. Wonder if they “provided guidance” to him and what he thinks now that CYRX has an $8 handle?

My thoughts on an acquisition is that it will be a small tuck-in company, something like Be the Match BioTherapies who is already (or could easily be) integrated into their system, so it wouldn’t really hurt margins. But that’s only my wild guess since we really don’t know who they have actually been working with (World Courier comes to mind).
