Here's another thought which entered my tin foil hat head. Why the hell would an angle investor do a $1.25mil funding deal days before a 1 for 500 reverse split ????

That's a wonderment to me!

Still can't understand who's buying all the post split volume either. Or why the price fell so hard and fast before the volume pick up, post split. Or why price has stalled so strongly at .0011 / .0015 for so LOOOONG. Or why we haven't heard a peep from the CEO for over 6 weeks?

My Spidey sense is tingling.

Spin off was due second half of 2018 and 3rd acquisition beginning of Q1, Q4 ? Where's the beef ?
