Yep there was some timing going on then, with the R/S delay PR.

My guess was the last $1.24mil funding wasn't officially close until Nov 8th. And they had to get that out of the way so it would reverse split like all the other derivatives covered in their prior funding deals, under the Original Issue Discount Convertible Debentures due September 19, 2019.

These guys know how to play the game better then most. Again my guess is between Nov 5th split announcement and Nov 9th action date. They got the OK to buy the 3 hospital and scramble to their angle investor for the need cash.

Then rapped everything up with signatures on the appropriate papers by Nov 12th.
