Yes, tons he might be sued for. Who knows whether he'd win? He doesn't give a damn about the little money still tied up in his common stock. Lampert's not a idiot penny trader. It's all about the control.

In RadioShack's case the two hedge funds continued to hold their common until it hit zero. That what usually happens. There's also questions about insider trading. No one knows as much as the board.
