Ken has to strike a deal before the vote for any share increase,because otherwise it won`t get approved.

We will know for real very soon and the market will give us a hint sooner. Let us see how the market reacts tomorrow (Friday) now that the PR is out. Fridays have been rough on ADXS whenever any news was out.
