That is what a Quit Period is. You cannot report on positive or negative news within a specific time frame of 10-k or other major changes that could move the stock price.

As IR stated everything "is linear" and "tied to 10-k". I believe the financing VC needs to see a solid quarter of only VRUS numbers. Once the numbers are out the VC will fund the M&A and back orders that have not been filled yet. IMO we will be getting flood very good news once the 10-k is released.
