They have until November to exercise those warrants at the indicated exercised price. And they would only exercise when the stock price is higher than the warrant price. You obviously don’t know how warrants work. Warrants get discarded after the expiry date if they are not exercised. It would take a lot of catalysts to bring the current stock price from $8 to $52+....... when the exercised price is set at $52, it means you are entitled to purchase the stock at that price no matter what the current stock price is at.
