There are some known elements, and some unknown elements:

The devices will be saleable to wholesale and retail customers. That means its ultimately a consumer-facing product, even if $TGGI makes a sale as a wholesaler on a B2B level.

The devices have MJ and non-MJ applications, so there's a broad marketplace.

The consumer price point is estimated somewhere in the $10 / unit range. So its not expensive and can be acquired by anyone from 18+ (school age) and up, depending on what the devices are filled with.

The devices may be sold unfilled, so there's an international market, as well as a US domestic market.

As far as dimensions, and other specifics, the company cannot release that level of information before a provisional patent is filed. Having said that, now that the transaction is complete meaning $TGGI has 100% control of the device(s) and $120,000 funding secured, $TGGI should be able to make good progress in filing all the patents, trademarks, etc. it needs to protect its own IP.

This information is all available in the $TGGI 2Q2018 report and $GCGX 3Q2018 report (see screenshots at the bottom). The bullet points below are from the reports:

- The Issuer Affiliate company has developed several patentable items for the Cannabis Edible market, which the Company will begin marketing as soon as the patents have been filed.

- The products are not specific to the Cannabis industry and in fact do not initially have any Cannabis in them.

- The Company essentially sells blank / empty devices which local vendors load with Cannabis products.

- Vendors then effect legal sales of the devices to their in-State client base in accordance with local laws. By selling empty units the Company can market its devices anywhere and legally ship them across State or international lines.

- Full ownership of the device will remain with $TGGI and $GCGX intends to use it distribution network to market the product

- The Issuer has structured its operations in a way that avoids any potential legal hurdles associated with shipping marijuana-based products across State lines and national boundaries.

- Based on initial cost estimates, unfilled specialty products sold by Trans Global, will wholesale for $0.75- $1.00 per unit. The suggested retail price is approximately $10.00 per unit based on sales similar device.

- Assuming the market accepts the new devices as well as the system the Company found during its due diligence process, Trans Global should be able to sell several million units’ wholesale in its first full year of sales across both MJ and non-MJ markets.
