Fort Pierce seems to be a bad location for Apple Rush. No offense but not much wealth there. Trailer parks, etc etc...not very nice or affluent. Think Apple Rush might find better sales, given it’s price points, to focus more just North of there in Vero, and just south of there in Port St. Lucie/Stuart, then Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Palm Beach, Boca and everywhere between there to Miami. On the West Coast, work Sarasota, Bonita Springs, Naples, Marco. Then certain areas around Orlando. Don’t think Apple Rush will move much product in towns like Fort Pierce. Need to study demographics and target sales in the most affluent towns.
