By all rights though the February 6 date should have shifted by 10 days to February 16 to adjust for the delay in announcing the election results but remarkably my spreadsheet model says the international "unwritten/gray" demand is so clandestinely firm that the February 6 date is holding.

Hmmm, it might be an influencing factor that the Chinese BRI (Belt and Road Initiative) that Xi Jinping is/will put together in neighboring Rawanda could be extended a little more west from Kigali into the DRC under a more cooperative DRC government? If Chinese railroad cars can then take "raw" cobalt (ie from Legit high volume sources) out of DRC and ship it directly to China for refinement thereby bypassing South African VAR (Value Adding Retailers) does this create a more stable/desirable market and calm investors fears giving them less "unknowns" to fret over?

Plus you gotta' know Russia (with their fossil-fuel smog-covered Moscow) is going to show up any day now looking to start buying larger quantities of cobalt click here for their batteries. The only question now is "where is India (with their fossil-fuel smog-covered New Delhi or Bombay as I like to call it)?" who will as always pick up the 3-way rear guard (and the scraps) after the the more brave vanguard has established workable beach heads.
