I agree on your valuation but the problem I see here is dilution.

One other thing that disappoints me is that it seems the company is operating on the sole basis of breaking even every earnings quarter.

One of these quarters this baby's gonna pop with a .09 earnings print.

IMO : Strong Buy here at this .75 level.
