have not DD that deeply-- ABCED needed financing -- check out the filing and last PR letter to shareholders.
Waiting for vol and the D to be removed-- few more days.
They just had a RS- sold when they announced it. lots of peeps held.
It did the norm -tanked .002 to .0004-5.
Want vol to see if there will be DILUTION..
Its a good one to put on watch
